Nikki Coleman serves as the Vice President of Global Human Resources at Kuros Biosciences, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping Kuros’ people strategy. With a comprehensive background in HR, Nikki advises leadership on building and enhancing the culture of Kuros through critical areas such as employee engagement, performance management, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, HR policy, and learning and development initiatives.
Drawing from her rich professional experience in the medical and consulting industries, Nikki brings a unique blend of experience in building high performing teams and operationalizing flourishing companies to her role. Her leadership extends beyond Human Resources functions, encompassing Operations, Legal and Compliance, IT, and Finance.
