Todd A. Stohler is a senior commercial leader with more than 25 years of experience driving growth, building high-performing sales organizations, and leading complex commercial operations within the medical device industry. He brings deep expertise in national sales strategy, market development, and talent leadership, with a proven track record of scaling performance across both direct and distributor-based models.
Throughout his career, Mr. Stohler has led large, hybrid sales organizations with full P&L responsibility, overseen strategic account planning, and developed compensation and incentive structures aligned to long-term business objectives. He has been recognized for his exceptional results in expanding market share and fostering strategic execution through strong leadership and organizational alignment.
Prior to joining Kuros Biosciences, Mr. Stohler held senior leadership roles at Spineology, Stryker Spine and DePuy Spine (Johnson & Johnson), where he played an integral role in shaping national sales strategy and contributing to executive leadership initiatives. Mr. Stohler brings a wealth of strategic insight, operational excellence, and leadership development experience to Kuros Biosciences, making him a valuable contributor to organizational success.
Mr. Stohler holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Management from Albion College, Michigan.
