I.V. Hall has more than 30 years of medical device leadership experience, with deep expertise in R&D, product development, commercialization, and strategic operations. Mr. Hall joined Kuros Biosciences as Chief Operating Officer in 2026, bringing extensive experience in orthopedic trauma and extremities as Kuros continues to strengthen its presence across numerous musculoskeletal applications and accelerate organic pipeline development.
Mr. Hall joins Kuros following a distinguished career spanning orthopedic trauma, surgical infection prevention, and cardiology. He spent 27 years with DePuy Synthes, a Johnson & Johnson company, formerly Synthes, where he held positions of worldwide responsibility across R&D, commercialization, strategic marketing, and business leadership, ultimately rising to Global President of the Trauma, Extremities, Craniomaxillofacial, and Animal Health businesses. He was also a member of the leadership team that facilitated the landmark integration of Synthes into Johnson & Johnson. Mr. Hall also served as CEO and Managing Director of Next Science, LLC, where he led the commercialization of surgical solutions targeting infection prevention and successfully completed an asset sale to Demetra Holdings.
Mr. Hall is an active volunteer with the AO Foundation, serving on its Technology Transfer Board, and with Clemson University, where he serves on the boards of the College of Engineering, Computing, and Applied Sciences and the Department of Bioengineering.
