With over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Ms. Rosa leads the company’s global people strategy, focusing on organizational effectiveness, talent development, and operational excellence. She has held senior HR leadership roles in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology industries, with positions at Merck, BMS, Integra LifeSciences, and PTC Therapeutics.
Ms. Rosa leads a diverse, inclusive team dedicated to building a highly engaged Kuros workforce and fostering a culture that inspires innovative contributions for the benefit of patients and communities. She brings expertise in HR operations, talent management, leadership development, shared services, project management, M&A, employee relations, process design, and HR technology. Known for building high-performing teams and scalable HR infrastructures, Ms. Rosa aligns human capital initiatives with evolving business needs.
Ms. Rosa holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Kean University, reflecting her lifelong commitment to learning and people development.
