G. Joseph (Joe) Ross

Joe has worked for more than 25 years in the Spine and broader Medical Device industries, holding senior leadership positions at both private and public companies.   

Prior to joining Kuros as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, Joe was the Senior Vice President of Product Commercialization at Orthofix through the completed integration with SeaSpine. Previous to his work at Orthofix, he was the Executive Vice President of Global Marketing for LDR Holding. While there, he was responsible for the commercial launch of the Mobi-C Cervical Disc Replacement, the first device FDA approved for both one and two-level applications. He was also part of the executive leadership team which executed a successful $75M Initial Public Offering (IPO), and later a $1.1B exit to Zimmer Biomet, where he was subsequently named General Manager of the global Spine division. Earlier in his career, Joe held sales and marketing positions of increasing responsibility with DePuy Spine, a Johnson and Johnson company, including Worldwide Vice President of New Business Development. He is a named inventor on multiple U.S. and international patents.  

Mr. Ross earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana, and a Masters in Management from Troy University in Troy, Alabama.
